Instructions
- Slice the fruits. Reserve 1/3 of the fruits for the first layer. Arrange the fruits decoratively in the dessert cooking dish in any desired fashion. Feel free to get creative with the fruit combination and color palette.
- In a small pot, combine 50 ml of water and 8 g of agar agar (approximately 1¾ tsp). Stir well to ensure the powder is fully mixed. Place the pot on medium heat and continue stirring until the agar agar powder is completely dissolved.
- Add 350 ml of regular or oat milk and 200 grams of condensed milk to the pot. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Instead of sour cream, you can use yogurt as a substitute. Add 200 g of yogurt to the pot and gently whisk the ingredients together, making sure there are no lumps.
- Keep stirring the mixture over medium heat until it starts boiling. Once it reaches a boil, add the remaining fruits to the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes. Be quick as agar agar sets rapidly.
- The mixture is now ready to be poured over the beautifully arranged first layer of fruits in the cooking dish. Carefully cover the surface with plastic wrap. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
