  1. Mix powdered sugar and butter until it's light and fluffy. Then, add an egg, almond extract, and vanilla extract, and mix until it's all combined. After that, put in the flour and stir until everything comes together into a smooth dough.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least for 30 minutes.
  3. Sculpt a small portion of cookie dough into a log-like shape.
  4. Flatten the dough log between two sheets of parchment paper.
  5. Fill the cookie dough with raspberry jam 'blood' and insert pretzel stick 'bones'. Gently pinch it twice to form knuckles.
  6. Finally, attach a 'fingernail,' which can be half of an almond.
  7. Carve some lines or wrinkles onto the knuckle.
  8. Add jelly around the nail area to create a blood-like appearance.
  9. Transfer to a parchment or silicone lined baking sheet, and chill in the freezer until firm, at least 15 minutes so the cookies hold their shape better, when baked.
  10. Preheat oven to 375°. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, Let cool slightly.
  11. Spread jam onto bottom of each finger. It looks so creepy!
